I have been there several times but only had contact with him once. Staff is excellent and very friendly. However, his bedside manner is sorely lacking to say the least. He basically reprimanded me for trying to talk to him regarding my procedure. I felt as if I was infringing upon his time. I will be going elsewhere in the future.

Over the many years I e seen him he has helped me with anything and everything I never for my bladder disease and kidney stones. Hes always snswers my questions and has been the best urologist I've had.i have stayed with him for about 20 years now and the staff is great too..I put all my trust in this dr to me hes the best ..Theresa Renee Hodge
This review is many years overdue. Went to Dr. Tierney for chronic bladder infections in 2001. The therapy he used gave me temporary relief. He listened carefully and conferred with my other doctors. When the infections did not abate after trying a single therapy he told me it was critical I have a surgical procedure. Had he placed me on a simple diuretic I would not have had to undergo a surgery that changed my life very negatively forever. Will never recommend him!
Very competent physician with whom I trust. Would recommend anyone to see Dr. Tierney. He was able to diagnose and treat my medical condition when other urologist had no answer. Excellent surgeon
At my first appointment Dr. Tierney impressed me with his friendly, professional demeanor. He listened to me, asked pointed questions, and throughly explained the results of his examination in language I understood. He outlined his proposed treatment, both short and long term, leaving me with confidence in the future outcome. So far the treatment has progressed according to plan. I have the greatest confidence, trust, and respect for him and his skill as a physician.
