My wife and I were fortunate enough to meet Jim at Home Depot one morning. We were looking at pocket doors, talking with a salesperson, and Jim happened to overhear our conversation. Afterwards he introduced himself and gave us his card, and recommended a friend who might be able to install the doors for us. A few months later, we were about to start a big kitchen remodel.
