During my exam, Dr. Mai found something stuck in my gum that caused bleeding when I flossed. After removal, there has been no bleeding. 5 other dentists and 3 hygienist ignored the root cause and just told me to "floss more". Dr. Mai is highly recommended.
I have used this office for over 20 years and like the staff. I brought my parents there for a cleaning and for the two of them the bill was over $900. I find this excessive for senior citizens on a fixed budget. I was not informed ahead of the visit that x-rays and a periodic evaluation would be done. I contacted the office but all they can do is recommend a payment plan. I am very disappointed in Dr. Russo's office and do not recommend them for anybody without insurance.
