How do they stay in business,find another accountant , read the bad reviews on google ,a disgrace
I’ve been with James and his team for over 2 decades — and for good reason. He’s truly the best CPA out there. James genuinely cares about his clients and takes the chaos out of accounting. He’s not only saved me a significant amount of money over the years but also helped get my financials organized and on a path to long-term success. I’m incredibly grateful for his expertise and dedication.
Non response, never available nor open!!! I have been requesting my company taxes for three months with not one phone call back!!! Do not use this account!
Zero communication. Submitted my taxes without me signing and possible error on them. My email was addressed after multiple phone calls but no acknowledgement to one major question that could have affected the potential discrepancy. Taxes still need to be reviewed (although I called prior and received no phone call back) and my checking account will be hit for almost 3k since it was submitted without any clarification. The most help I got was from the wonderful secretary Janice, but their response is out of her control.
Poor communication.
