Non response, never available nor open!!! I have been requesting my company taxes for three months with not one phone call back!!! Do not use this account!
Zero communication. Submitted my taxes without me signing and possible error on them. My email was addressed after multiple phone calls but no acknowledgement to one major question that could have affected the potential discrepancy. Taxes still need to be reviewed (although I called prior and received no phone call back) and my checking account will be hit for almost 3k since it was submitted without any clarification. The most help I got was from the wonderful secretary Janice, but their response is out of her control.
Poor communication.
beware of this accountant!! he is ambiguous about his fees for tax filing and he will surprise you on deadline day with an exorbitant charge for the filing. he will increase his fees +50% year after year, with no explanation of what goes into the fees. he also takes months to file and will keep you waiting until the final deadline day. i would recommend working with anyone else!!!!
