I got in the same morning for a dental emergency. I had been in agony over the weekend and I called at 8 am. Was seen by noon and home by 2. The staff from the front desk to the lady that did X-rays . The nurse who literally wiped my tears and the doctor were quick and amazing . Couldn't have been in better hands . They explained everything and sent me home comfortable . Thank you all for making my experience comfortable
Although I hate dental procedures, I appreciate the friendly office staff and kind encouragement of the chair side staff. I was a tuff customer that needed more numbing than average, and was not thrilled to have more shots , finally was able to getter done and now on the recovery side of things. Dr. Miller called this evening to follow up with me. I hope to never need oral surgery in the future, if I do it will certainly be with Quad County!
I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE! It all starts with me being stuck with the worst tooth pain...I didn't sleep for days...I couldn't even close my mouth or let my teeth touch! My regular dentist said they could do nothing for me.... I spent hours crying on the phone to 20+ other oral surgeons offices across the state that I just want my tooth pulled. Then my luck changed. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. I would highly recommend looking for a different dentist.
