I have been a patient of Dr Cole's for 6 or 7 years. He really takes his time in explaining the options and what is the best solution for you the patient. April the receptionist is the best!!! Always courteous and willing to help your get the most convenient appointments. I higly recommend seing Dr Cole and learning the difference in and "over the counter" hearing aid and being evaluated by Dr Cole, an Audioloigist.
My mother, who is advanced in age, has been seeing Dr. Cole for over 7 years now. He used to be located at Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo and has now moved to a much better location in Portage. Dr. Cole and his team are just fantastic. My moms hearing aids, which are about 7 years old (the newer in the ear style with the receiver located behind the ear) are still well.
