I was trying to get insurance information to try and get seen here, the lady that answered me was extremely rude to me. I accidentally called again thinking it was another number and she said” like I said before you need to wait till Monica comes in!” I then asked her for her name and she told me she couldn’t hear me and dropped the call on me. I guess I need to find another GI doctor.
Dr. James is a caring and very knowledgeable doctor. He has always taken care of me, even visiting me at midnight while I was in the hospital.
