Couldn’t give a 0 because he actually gave me decent advice when I did see him. 1. Don’t plan on any empathy from him or his office, obviously a typical job” for money. 2. He told me he doesn’t not care. After trying explain my issues. Would ask me a question just to talk over me. Yell at me and blames me for their faults. He told me to find a new doctor cause I haven’t seen an endo in a year over lies I was told. He did not believe me Not a good with his patience, not good at communicating and very, very rude. What doctor says he doesn’t care ? What doctor doesn’t know how to work a computer? Scary.
Absolutely terrible. I booked an appointment on September as a new patient for a date on January. Their office calls me on the day of the appointment that the doctor is sick and can't do it - understandable. However, I ask for a reschedule and they can't fit me into a reasonable time frame. The next possible appointment available is in April (making this a 7 month wait period). This is both ridiculous and unprofessional.
Dr. Oberwetter is a very good doctor. Answers all my questions. Seems to have a genuine interest in his patients well-being.
Very difficult to communicate with him or his office. Once we had to schedule an appointment just to resolve a medication refill issue because his office simply wouldn't help or response. We had similar experience every time there was an issue with insurance authorization for medication.
