I am very satisfied with Dr Noto and his office services.
I like dr. Noto very much. The only issue I have is the wait. I don't mind 10-15 minutes wait, but almost 1 hour is too long.
Dr. Noto is confident and straightforward. He treats you with respect, validates your feelings and takes everything into account.
He told me more about my health conditions just by looking at another facilities images than they did. Very informative, a little more personable on my second visit. First one a little grouchy .. maybe just a bad day?¿? He's got potential...lol Think I'll keep him. I only gave 4 stars because NOBODY is perfect!
