I was in your office for 45 minutes, starting 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time at 3:00 pm, then you showed up at the office at 3:45pm. You were reportedly "at lunch". Extremely disappointed with the service today. I’ve been a loyal customer of this place for many years, but what happened today 06/20/2025 around 2:40 p.m. was completely unacceptable. The woman at the front desk, who had dreadlocks, had a very unprofessional and rude attitude from the beginning. The office was completely empty, yet she was on her personal phone and watching a movie on her cellphone, clearly not interested in helping anyone. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came in with my Prada glasses to get the prescription added, I love these glasses but the lenses get so dirty and foggy for no reason, I can’t clean them enough, it’s frustrating! I have prescription glasses from other places and I don’t have this issue with any of them.
Did exam and never received prescription so called and got them a day later. Noticed it was only prescription so called again and asked for exam results and Tanya told me to call back again in 10 minutes for my prescription even though I said I already have prescription I just want the rest of the results then I call back and was told that I won’t be able to read/understand it. Staff was very nice, sweet especially with Tanya she was very professional and she helped me a lot.
