Very difficult to work with. List of concerns was put off for six weeks; office staff never called me back about a referral; when I called a week later they thought I said podiatrist when the doctor told us we were being referred to a physiatrist (why it's my job to correct staff I have not earthly clue -- should have been in his file wha the referral was for).
