Best attorney!....and person for that matter. Mr. Newby was able to get the judge to agree to postponing my 2 month jail sentence for 2 years. This was to allow me to finish college and something she'd never done before! I'll never forget his kindness and sincere concern about my situation or him sitting with me for an hour before my sentencing...just getting to know me as a person. This DUI could have ruined my future career but thanks to Mr. Newby I am able to still accomplish all my goals!
