I usually don’t post reviews but today’s disappointment towards a receptionist compelled me into writing one . The receptionist named *TJ ( Tanuja smth)’s behaviour was just hysterical. We were waiting at the front to see the doctor , TJ dealing with patients like they were some kind of fool or they were stupid was just so wrong, Mate if you don’t have any kindness or compassion just don’t work in healthcare, period. I’ve only ever had great experiences here. Dr R Marcock has been our GP for the past 7 years and has always been a delightful happy face and cares for his patients.
Opening hours show 2-6 on Sunday. Waited 30 minutes on hold before call disconnected. Trying to see a doctor instead of going to emergency room. So disappointing.
