I cannot recommend Dr. Murray and the team at Murray Dermatology highly enough. I have been dealing with complex skin conditions for over a year, and Dr. Murray is the only provider of many I’ve seen who has truly followed through to help me. He is incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic, and a clear communicator. Additionally, the office staff is top-notch—they are always professional and respond to my inquiries promptly. Thank you!
This place is great, but it's true what others are complaining about on here. They are terrible at answering their phones or calling back. It's frustrating trying to get a hold of someone in the office.
They NEVER answer their phones. Their excuse last year was there in a hospital building. Now they have a private business and don’t answer it. Every single day we called. Take a trip out of town it’s worth it, because Murray is not!! The front desk people do not care to help. What a weird way to operate business
Nobody answers their office phone. I have attempted multiple times. Recording instructed me to leave a message and that they would return my call. They still have not done so and it has been over a month.
Wonderful Dr. And staff. Was refered by my primary Dr. For a spot on my nose, was just rosacea. But he looked at a couple of other spots. One he just froze, the other he biopsied. Told Dr I was leaving on a trip in 3 weeks, he said we can take care of this. A week and a half and having surgery. Very busy and a very caring Doctor, we are lucky to have him here.
