When you call to make an appointment the receptionist cuts you right off and tells if you have seen a gastroentoerologists in the last 2 years you can not make an appointment. If you ask why she says that is the way the practice wants it. I thought doctors were there to help people after all you are paying for the service.

If I could submit zero stars I would...regardless of what I went here for, I watched the receptionist talk about me to the counselor and then look up to see me staring at her. She raised her hand to cover her face saying "oh, sh*t, she saw me!" Yes I did and I can tell you that you have ruined counseling for me. I went in already uncomfortable and now feel completely violated and horrible. I wanted to trust I could talk to someone in confidence and that trust is completely gone, so thank you for making me feel worse than I s... read more
