James Morrow, Lakeland Massage Therapist was disappointing. The appointment started late, communication was minimal, and the overall experience felt rushed and unprofessional.
I’ve been seeing James for about 8 months, and he’s been a game-changer. I started because of persistent dizziness caused by tight shoulders and neck tension. I was surprised how much massage helped—after a few sessions, the dizziness began fading as he released those chronically tight areas. Now the dizziness is rare, my posture and mobility are way better, and I feel better overall. If tension in your shoulders or neck is causing dizziness or discomfort, I highly recommend him!
James is very good at what he does. Along with massage, He also does assisted stretching to improve my flexibility, which I am finding is needed as I continue to stay active.
Highly recommend James! He is professional, skilled and provides an effective massage therapy session for the entire allotted time.
