I have been a customer of James Morrow for over a decade and wouldn’t use any one else. Recently, I have had great help from Nathan and Teague. I booked a demonstration to experience different options which was hugely enjoyable and valuable. Superb knowledge, service and expertise of HiFi helped me make a great choice for a new turntable and replace a first generation Sonos speaker using the discount scheme. Initially visited for help with a 2nd hand steamer which turned out to be faulty. Very impressed at the help I received, especially as I hadn't bought the unit here. Returned to try out potential replacements, and had a great time auditioning kit and chatting (with Nathan) about the tech before making a purchase. Great selection of kit and thoroughly knowledgeable and friendly staff who clearly have a passion for hifi. Very highly recommended.
