I have been a customer of James Morrow for over a decade and wouldn’t use any one else. Recently, I have had great help from Nathan and Teague. I booked a demonstration to experience different options which was hugely enjoyable and valuable. Superb knowledge, service and expertise of HiFi helped me make a great choice for a new turntable and replace a first generation Sonos speaker using the discount scheme. Initially visited for help with a 2nd hand steamer which turned out to be faulty. Very impressed at the help I received, especially as I hadn't bought the unit here. Returned to try out potential replacements, and had a great time auditioning kit and chatting (with Nathan) about the tech before making a purchase. Great selection of kit and thoroughly knowledgeable and friendly staff who clearly have a passion for hifi. Very highly recommended.

Have just purchased Ruark equipment from JMHE and delighted with results. Only bettered by service and attention to detail from staff in shop. Rupert dealt with my initial enquiry and could not have been more helpful arranging demo in shop and keeping me updated on progress as product required to be ordered. Excellent service from Teague. He patiently helped me choose and demo my first streaming HiFi setup (WiiM Amp x Acoustic Energy AE100 Mk2). Not only that Teague price matched the bundle from an online retailer. All in all a great experience and service.
