EDIT : Dr. Debord is a great doctor, i am in no way complaining about him, this is about the office staff at carolina urology & the surgery scheduler. I am compelled to share our extremely negative experience with Carolina Urology Partners. My father was in dire need of surgery to remove a stent and break up a kidney stone, a procedure that was supposed to be scheduled almost two weeks ago following an urgent ER visit three weeks prior. Awesome Physician.
Man, You won’t get better care than what Carolina Urology has to offer. In the days of Walmart style healthcare, it is sure refreshing to have these people on my side.
The Doctors are great, however the office personnel in the concord location is horrible. Answer the phone and or call back. What is going on guys?? Any questions or concerns or in my case to set up a follow up appointment good luck unless your like me and you get the Mint Hill office number. They were great.
