Dr Mendler was very knowledgeable in evaluating and diagnosing arthritis in my knee. I appreciated that he also suggested safe ways for me to continue with my vinyasa yoga practice by modifying poses, in order to avoid further deterioration & pain in the knee. He also recommended PT treatment in order to strengthen the muscles around my knee. I have seen him twice in the last few months, and previously a few yrs ago for problems with my other knee. Insurance is giving hell and he is really trying his best to help me out… going above and beyond both mark and dr mender have been awesome and transparent through this BEYOND STRESSFUL TIME! INSURANCE IS NOT FUN TO DEAL WITH BUT DR MENDLER AND MARK IS MAKING THE PROCESS AS SMOOTH AS POSSIBLE!
