Charles promptly responded to my phone call to address a situation with water damage under my single wide home. He crawled under the home, which has very little head room, to replace a cracked and leaking faucet. He provided photos, an estimate for me to present to my insurance company, and a list of people to contact for help with replacing damaged insulation. He was friendly, experienced and listened to my concerns. It was evident that he is trusted and well-liked in the community. I highly recommend!

I had a burst pipe. I called and left a message and explained the burst pipe issue. I never received any kind of follow up or return call.

James Mechanical Plumbing has always been, in a word, reliable. When we first moved into our house out on a dead end dirt road with a wrecked pressure tank, Charlie was the only person around who went to the effort to help us in a timely manner so we could use our water. We have been his customers ever since, he has been fair and honest in all his dealings with us, and he works to save us money when he can.
