Unfortunately not good bedside manner. Minimal explanation on my condition i was being seen for. Seemed rushed. I explained a similar procedure my husband had around 25 years ago. Dr McKenzie basically said that couldn't have ever happened. It was midevil and barbaric. Exact words. I had went with my daughter to a follow-up with Dr McKenzie last year and had a very similar experience. Unfortunately I had forgotten who she had seen otherwise I would have never scheduled my appointment with him. I definitely won't forget again... read more
