The fitness center is a great place to get in shape. Loveable caring staff. Majority Senior citizens clientele. It has free weight dumbbells to 80lbs. Multi station machine, adjustable weight benches, prone leg curl machine, selectorized low row, 2 olympic bench cages with pull up stations, exercise bike, treadmill, and rowing machine. It's not a pretty place but you can get it done.
