Staff and the doctor were as kind and listening as always.
All the staff who did all the testing was wonderful. Dr. Mchale was wonderful. I would have given a five star rating had it not been for your employee upfront who schedules the return visits. He was not friendly at all, and never smiled and needs to have a better interaction with patients.

I had cateract surgery performed on my right eye by Dr McHale and it was a terrific experience. My eye is healing quickly and my vision has already improved in just several days. Dr McHale is an outstanding physician with impeccable bedside manner and a fun sense of humor. I've never felt more trust in a doctor than I do with Dr McHale. The staff at Columbus Opthamology are very friendly and professional. Truly privileged to have been treated by Dr McHale.
