Answering the phone "Drs office" first thing in the morning is so unprofessional. RWJ is huge and the amount of offices they run are incredible. This office used to be ran top notch to perfection. I'm not sure what happened over the years besides that they picked up more as the area grew but some of the staff up front need training or they need to hire younger happier staff willing to come to work.

I had seen this doctor in Dec 2021 and I still had my fathers insurance. From 2019-21 I fell really sick. I was being offered to be treated for endometriosis with orilissa lupron and birth control without knowing if I actually had endometriosis. So when I saw this doctor in 21 when I had my fathers insurance and he said we should schedule a surgery ASAP. I explained to him that my only option is to wait until I get another insurance bc I lose my insurance on the 31st because I was turning 26. And I was forced to go part time... read more
