James helped me with a residential sale. He went above and beyond to find an appropriate buyer, work with the attorneys and managing agent to get the deal done. I never had to ask him for an update because he always provided one when there was relevant information to share. I also appreciated his guidance on selecting between various offers.
James helped my family find and purchase our first apartment in the city. He was really attentive in listening to what we were looking for, and he really knew the neighborhood well (he had the inside scoop on a lot of the buildings and was on a first name basis with a bunch of the doormen). Once we found a place, James did a fantastic job handling the negotiation against a rather capricious seller.
