I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and reliability at Stedman Family Dental. They have canceled two of my past appointments, and instead of accommodating me in a reasonable timeframe, the only rescheduling option was a month out. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a healthcare provider. I worked here and truly enjoyed my time and my co-workers at Steadman-Wade. I only left due to a health emergency I had that required am extended recovery time for healing. It was in my opinion, a great work environment.
One star was my lowest option or else it would have been ZERO. This is facility is by far the hardest place I’ve ever dealt with in regards booking an appointment in a reasonable amount of time… Every time I’ve had an appt it’s been 45 min to an hour past my scheduled time to be seen before I’m called back for the “initial” screening. Once in the exam room, the pattern has been 30 plus minutes before seeing the provider.
