I worked here and truly enjoyed my time and my co-workers at Steadman-Wade. I only left due to a health emergency I had that required am extended recovery time for healing. It was in my opinion, a great work environment.
One star was my lowest option or else it would have been ZERO. This is facility is by far the hardest place I’ve ever dealt with in regards booking an appointment in a reasonable amount of time… Every time I’ve had an appt it’s been 45 min to an hour past my scheduled time to be seen before I’m called back for the “initial” screening. Once in the exam room, the pattern has been 30 plus minutes before seeing the provider. I used to love this clinic! But they are the only general practitioner office I’ve found that is still operating as if it is still the height of Covid. I had a fever, cough and runny nose. I was not allowed to enter the clinic even after I was swabbed by them in my car, whilst the Nurse was in an hazmat outfit and I tested negative for flu, strep and Covid. They still made me do a telehealth, because there was a “chance” they tested me too soon. And I was told to go to an urgent care instead. Ridiculous. Used to be amazing! ... read more
