Kirby treats their employees like crap. They bosses are two faced and do not value their employees. Do not seek employment there because you will be sorry.I know one lady whom they fired and never gave her a reason as to why she was fired. And the lady had just received all above average reviews on her evaluation on her first review for a raise then shortly after that she was let go on false allegations by Andrew whom is the son in law of the main guy in charge of the hospital.
