I spoke with James yesterday and he was very short and dismissive. I was attempting to ask questions and get clarification on something that was mentioned to me by another lender and he took no time to hear me out. He cut me off every time I attempted to explain the scenario and repeated his statement as if I was unable to comprehend what was being said to me. I felt it was highly unprofessional of him to act in that manner and not even take a moment to at least listen to what I was trying to say.
I have financed two mortgages with James. He is always very responsive, professional, and made what could be a challenging process as smooth as could be. I recommend James to anyone in need of a loan officer.
