I pray he is not your court appointed attorney for anything! He was my fiancée’s court appointed in family court and wouldn’t bring up anything to help him even declined statements to support him and advised him it was best for him to tpr rather than present any evidence proving his innocence. Didn’t return calls or emails. Your attorney is supposed to support you and not help the other side!!
Mr. Setters helped me file bankruptcy. He’s absolutely a great lawyer & I love his receptionist as well!! They’re so wholesome & affordable & care about their clients in general :) Def recommend!!
