I had a wonderful experience with Dr Andrew Taylor and his entire office staff. I was 45 yo when I decided to get braces, and from the beginning , I felt comfortable and felt that I was in good hands. My treatment was originally expected to take about 2 years , but I was finished in just 15 mos — I look and feel like I got brand new teeth! They did an excellent job with my son’s orthodontic treatment, and we are so happy with the results. The team always made us feel comfortable, kept us informed, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Dr. Taylor and the entire staff are exceptional! It feels like a family every time we visit. Every staff member is warm and welcoming and Dr. Taylor goes above and beyond to make sure the process is thoroughly explained, every question is answered and everyone is happy! Had such a great experience for both my first and second phase of braces. My appointments were so quick and I always left with no problems. The Ladera location just got redone and looks amazing. Would totally recommend this to family’s looking for a reliable orthodontist.
