I went to Dr.James because it was close to my home & his Aunt Ms.Maggie was extremely nice over the phone..But once I came to my appointment it was a different story, I arrived 10-15 minutes before my appointment, they took at least 3-4 people before me that had came later, I sat there & finally ask why were I not being taken care of, I was given the sorry excuse, "Because they were familiar with the other patients" I thought, that was a pretty Lame excuse! Very out dated place. Communication and technology are way behind .No automated reminder messages . I contacted to cancel a appointment . Never got put in . My wife has been billed for procedures she never had or signed up for. Would not recommend this place its more of a headache than driving down the street to the next place .
I've been a patient with them for over 20 years! Just love the excellent service!
