Mr McClain did not show up for our appointment regarding a real estate purchase agreement. He later claimed he did not have it on his calendar. His door was locked for our appointment during scheduled business hours. He did not try to re-accommodate us even though we were on time and had taken off work to be there. He said he had another person to see in a half hour so it was up to us if we wanted to turn around and come back. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional.
