DO NOT book online, and be VERY meticulous booking over the phone, misleading coverage. Booked for a new visit with Dr. however insurance search and booking engines will NOT lead you correctly. Office will NOT let you know that the visit is out of network before or at the visit OR to expect a large bill and will instead blame you and won't work with you.
