No real confidence. Prescriptions have been mixed up, forgotten. Dr Fitzpatrick clearly does not read history before seeing the patient. Front office is great. But wait time is ridiculous. Over 30 min. Also, due to Dr Fitzpatrick being semi-retired, he's only in the office one day a week. So any questions, in my case regarding prescriptions, have to wait over a week to be resolved. Unacceptable.
Very thorough doctor. Also personable!
Dr..Fitz is the best...as well as all of his staff. I have never had an issue with anyone in his practice.
Called to get a script for an xray didn't send a script and now can't get answer from the office
