Very poor decision to go here. Service is very bad. Had an mri done and they failed to call me back and I had to call and find out myself for them to tell me I’m fine, then 30 minutes later they call back and tell me that I have a stress fracture and schedule me in. Keep in mind this is one month after the injury and I’m basically healed, dr. Saw Dr Dennison this morning for the first time. His staff was outstanding. They were prompt and very courteous. I’m was very impressed with the Dr and the entire experience.
Fabulous doctor/surgeon. He completely fixed the three tears in my rotator cuff. He truly cares, and exudes confidence. His staff are also great. Megan and Danielle both remembered details about me (and my wife, who insisted on accompanying me during the visits) each time I visited. These folks take the time to show they care.
From the front desk check in receptionist to the the doctor, it was a very negative experience. After the initial examination he asked if I had questions and when I proceeded to address my concerns he became irritated and basically said he was referring me to another doctor. I read his reviews and was lead to believe he was good but I was so wrong. He insensitive to my concerns.
