Dr. Coticchia put tubes in my son's ears and while doing so, also caught a very large cholesteatoma that had been overlooked and misdiagnosed by his pedatrician. Had we not found Dr. Coticchia, I don't know what would have happened to my son. My family is very grateful for his knowledge, expertise, guidance, and most importantly how gentle and kind he is with my son. Absolutely 100% recommend him to anyone who's children have ENT issues.
Dr. Coticcia has seen my grandson since he was very young. He has always communicated with us the needs and treatment options available at each visit. He is very knowledgeable and this area is so fortunate to have someone with his education and skillset.
Disappointed in the service from this provider. They determined our child needed adenoid removal when he was 16 months and scheduled an appointment to discuss. We tried to ask questions via their portal after the appointment, but they insisted that we schedule another appointment to discuss "new results" from a ct scan (that they never did). Dr. Coticchia’s bedside manner is t the greatest, he’s not unpleasant, he’s just not very informative. He speaks medical jargon and relays it to his asst and then you’re kind of left wondering what’s going on. His office is inside a beautiful childrens hospital, yet it takes months to get an appt and they constantly are rescheduling appts, and then nobody follows up with you.
