I like the Dr Bromley, but several on his staff are not good, particularly the supervisor. He needs to find more efficient personnel, since he and the patients rely on them for so much. Sometimes I believe they actually ignore him and the patients and do what they want.

I feel Dr. Bromley is the most "in tuned" Doctor I've ever connected with (I'm 55 years old). He "gets" everything about me. He's awesome!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! most incompetent rude unwilling staff i have ever come into contact with. horrible. absolutely horrible.

I have never had a more conscientious doctor who listens, spends time with you, cares. I don't mind waiting some because I know he is giving good care to the patient he is with.... as he always does for me.

I've been a patient of Dr. Bromley since the first week he opened his office. He spent an hour doing my 1st intake appointment! (He probably doens't have the time to do that anymore.) He really cares about what you have to say and doesn't treat you like an idiot. He always takes time to listen to you even if he's running behind. I've had a couple poor interactions with one of his office staff, but she's the only one. All the other staff he's ever had have been great. He's the best GP I've ever had!
