He's great, very personable, and frankly, quick. Some lawyers take a long time just to get something done or even respond to you, but Jim is easy to reach and everything moved reasonably fast. He warned me about our chances of getting the trademark and explained everything to me well, and in the end, it was approved. Nice guy; I’d actually recommend him to a friend.
