I honestly can't praise the guys at James Little Street Cars enough. They've bent over backwards to get me back on the road. My car broke down a week ago and I was absolutely stuck for getting to work. I found a lovely wee car on their website. It was MOT'd and has 3 months warranty and delivered to me within 2 days. First time dealing with this dealership bought a Volkswagen polo for my first car excellent condition and low mileage. Great customer service from dean very helpful and friendly any issues I’ve had there straight on it. Highly recommend for anyone looking to buy a used car.
6 month review—most poorly maintained second hand vehicle I have ever bought. 10 year old Volvo V40 with about 80k miles on it. Sold with new MOT which failed to pick up the numerous issues. Service promised but had to take it back to them for the service when I saw no stamp in book. Engine light came on soon after bought—took back to them twice and they turned it off both times claiming the issue was just a sensor. Fantastic Service and Quality Motorhome. I had an amazing experience buying a Fiat Pegaso 181 from James Little Street Cars in Kilmarnock. The staff were friendly, honest, and gave me plenty of time to inspect the motorhome with no pressure. They also allowed me to arrange a habitation check, and immediately offered to remedy any issues found - a real sign of how much they care about customer satisfaction. So much for " Just for your peace of mind, I'll put a brand new mot on it and rest assured, my mot guys are very strict". Bought hyundai i10, 12 plate fiver short of £4k due to low miles ( just under 28k miles) it looked minted from the naked eye. Nothing but bloody trouble since I drove it home that day.
