What a joke
My experience with Dr. Lin, and all of his staff (including the reception area) has been excellent. Everyone has been friendly and responsive.
A very disappointing experience with Dr. Lin and Pacific Eye Care overall. The experience in the reception area was cold to say the least. The woman who helped me, never gave any type of greeting, no hello how are you, how's your day going? etc... I mean nothing! Never once exhibiting anything that could be considered a pleasantry.Dr Lin came into the examination room with an assistant who never acknowledged me, he was pleasant enough and affable with a very good chairside manner, but very hurried through the whole thing. Dr. Lin and his staff were excellent in providing my recent eye surgeries. I felt so at ease by the comfort and care they all provided. So glad he was my surgeon.
