Jim is knowledgeable, personable and responsive. He made the initial Medicare sign up process very easy and helped us select supplement and pharmacy plans with the best combination of cost vs. value. We also got our non-Medicare dental, eye and hearing plans through Jim. His services come at no additional cost to us. He reaches out during open enrollment with potential cost-saving options. I highly recommend Jim Lehrer.
