Terrible service had booked in for a visit ghosted me and never turned up
Came in on an emergency call out. Was within a reasonable time, polite, clear about expectations and helpful. Very much appreciated!
Fantastic service provided by James and his colleague, they were superb. They visited my rental property promptly on the same day for a blocked pipe. They worked hard to identify the large blockage and they handled it with ease and professionalism. They were very polite and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Very neat and tidy work. I will be using them again for my own property and rental. Highly recommend.
