I was referred to this office for an evaluation of a tooth. When I went into the examining room, I was told I was there for 2 implants. Then another girl told me I was there for an extraction. Somehow someone else's x-rays were in my chart, and there was total confusion. When Dr. Lemon came in, he told me I needed a tooth extracted because the root was totally decayed.
