We have held our car and home insurance with James Lee for as long as he has owned his business. My parents and kids all have their coverage as well with James. He always has our best interest in mind and Katrina has helped me many times. He’s so personable, when my Mother passed away he sent a large wreath of flowers. I so appreciate the close service we’ve received thru the years.
I am not James' best client by a long shot, but he and his team always make time for me! He's helped me so many times. Highly recommend!
It never fails every time I have to call this insurance company they are nothing but an absolute headache the receptionist does not give a fart about anybody except herself she's rude disrespectful unprofessional you will be hung up on because she doesn't know how or refuses to do her job. Every time I have to call this company this is the outcome I have not had one good time acknowledgment with this company not one it's about time we start looking for another insurance agent
State farm isn't always available. It's a pain in the butt to file anything with anyone or any department. After my last accident not my fault I want to take my business else where. Very frustrating
