James is what I hoped for in my physical therapy--he talked to me like we are partners in my recovery. Very knowledgeable and a good listener. He made sure I have the right exercises. know what each one is for and how to best perform them, and gave me a band that will help make the target area stronger. I've worked with other physical therapists. James is the best.
I had the worse experience with James. I had ACL reconstruction and my surgeon recommended James. James had no plans, no milestone, even no idea what is up with me. For first couple of weeks I had to confirm with him that I had half torn MCL. He never told me to work on my bending starting week 1. I was in complete brace lock for 2 weeks!! I kept bringing up my concern and he couldn’t care less. My knee was super stiff and there is thing about scar tissue that PT should massage the incision area, James never touched my knee ... read more
