Oh my goodness, where do I start? After years of neck pain and 1 year of nerve pain & numbness in my left arm, I was living in constant pain and losing strength in my arm. Starting with Dr.James Lee & Staff Dr. Lee is a very professional and thoughtful surgeon. The surgery I had was very complex and very long. And was told of all the possibilities and made me very comfortable with my decision. I've had many processes and if I had it all to do over Dr. Lee would be my choice. And from the front desk to all the staff, a specially Nicole you helped me the most with any insurance issues and mostly just being welcoming. If I could give Dr. James Lee more than 5 stars, I would — 10 would be closer to the mark. I came into UMC with severe sciatic pain that had taken over my life, and by the next morning, Dr. Lee and the Nexus team were on it. His calm, kind bedside manner immediately put me at ease, and he took the time to answer every question (even the nervous ones).
