Unlike most doctors who rely only on symptoms they can test for, Dr. Arter treats the "PATIENT". He takes the time to get to know you as he is forming his plan for treatment. His mannerism is straight forward and to the point, but he let you know he cares for your wellbeing. I am truly grateful for the way I was treated and hope he is still there should I ever need him again.
