This is worst company I have ever dealt with . They do not keep their schedule time. They coast over payment . Their customer service are rude. I do not recommend them to any one. stay away from the liar.
BEWARE – The water supply for an icemaker broke and needed replacement.The technician returned the call and informed me it was a 335 DOLLAR TRIP CHARGE, that he charges 75 dollars an hour plus parts and the job would be a minimum of 400 dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 335 DOLLARS to ring the doorbell????????????? Used Service Magic and the problem was corrected within hours for a FRACTION of these yahoos. 335.................YIKES!

I call this company for a simple job to place the pipe that is outside the wall into the wall int recessed box. Nice lady on the phone informed me that they charge hourly rate of $125 and next appointment is in the week. So I scheduled an appointment.
