Been going here for months and never had a bad experience until today. I was moving my clothes into the dryer and a gentlemen working there was cleaning & backed up into me. He apologized saying he didn't see me there (ok no problem it happens). As I'm waiting for my clothes to dry he comes over to me and says "Hey don't bump into me like that next time" I looked at him confused and started to explain he backed into me but he was very aggressive and agitated so I just said "ok have a nice day" He walked away saying loudly "d... read more
As in part of their name, 'perfect' when you need clothes washed at wee hours of the night and the early morning. Very close to my gym, so washing work clothes and towels after a workout has been ideal. Thanks!
Place is clean, staff is friendly, machine has always been working and it’s convenient
