Not happy at all with the execution, design, or customer service of James Landscaping. After the check clears, it's hard to get these guys back for followup work. 4 acre design. Not cheap. Execution - grass seed tossed out without even preparing the surface. Grass never takes, gets washed out, or can't germinate on top of rocks. Somehow this is out fault. Grass seed not warrantied.
