I have followed James Landscaping since they started and was so excited that I was able to call them. Unfortunately, I was treated with dismissiveness because I did not need $$$$$$ of landscaping. A lady came once, told me she was too busy and never heard back.
Not happy at all with the execution, design, or customer service of James Landscaping. After the check clears, it's hard to get these guys back for followup work. 4 acre design. Not cheap. Execution - grass seed tossed out without even preparing the surface. Grass never takes, gets washed out, or can't germinate on top of rocks. Somehow this is out fault. Grass seed not warrantied. Design - Just a couple of shoer spots. 12 large plants in a square yard area, other areas plants are 2 feet apart. Tree planted 4 fee... read more
